The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect in May 2018. This impacts on how we manage your data and it is important we make you aware of the changes.

Privacy Notice SAL will process your personal information to facilitate communication with you in relation to matters relating to SAL activities and events. This may include (although will not be limited to); 

 

  • To confirm your identity when speaking with you about your interest in SAL activities

  • To communicate with you regarding the specific activities of SAL

 

Your information will be stored securely on Microsoft Office platforms. This storage will include the use of our Customer Contact database, file stores and email logs. We undertake not to share your data with any other companies or business interests and our contact with you will be limited to communicating the SAL services, products, classes, exhibitions, news and events, etc.. We will keep your data until such time as you request that we remove your personal contact data from our systems upon which it will be removed within 7 days from such a request.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that can be used by web sites to make a user's experience more efficient. The law states that we can store cookies on your machine if they are essential to the operation of this site but that for all others we need your permission to do so. We confirm that SAL has no current need or requirement to store cookies on your machine. SAL currently has no affiliated third parties and therefore has no requirement to share your personal data with any other organization. This page may be subject to updating on a regular basis.
