EVENT HIRE

Heritage Courtyard Gallery and Studios can hire out our gallery space for exhibitions and creative workshops.

  

 Hire for exhibitions is considered on a strict selection basis. 

 

Applications for exhibitions will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Work will need to be of a high standard and commensurate with the contemporary vision of the gallery.

HIRING OF GALLERY SPACE FOR CREATIVE 
WORKSHOPS/EVENTS

Full day - between 3 and 6 hrs

Half day - up to 3 hrs

£70/session
£45/session

HIRING OF GALLERY SPACE FOR EXHIBITIONS (SELF MANNED)

10am - 4pm 

£300/week

NB: If you would like us to man your exhibition for you, we can do this at a further £200 per week.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Heat and lighting included.

  • We will supply foldable trestle tables and chairs for workshops.  We also have easels which can be used.

  • We have some small plinths which can be used during exhibitions.

  • You have full use of the kitchen - cups plates, kettle, fridge, microwave etc.  Please supply your own tea, coffee and milk.

Heritage Courtyard Gallery & Studios will promote exhibitions and workshops on:

  • Our website

  • Instagram

  • We will send a mailchimp to our mailing list as part of our general newsletter if provided with appropriate images and wording

NB:

  • Individual artist's studios can be open for private sales during exhibitions when the artists are in, working.

  • Hirer responsible for staffing events unless discussed as above.

  • Hirer to clean up at the end of events, remove hooks and make good walls

  • Hirer responsible for insuring exhibited work.
