Heather is the founder of Heritage Courtyard Gallery and Studios and offers a wealth of experience in both teaching and practicing fine art over many years. Her workshops are informal, encouraging and her gentle instruction is a real boost for students of all abilities.

Join Heather Wallace experimenting with soft pastel.
If you love colour and are inspired by the vibrant paintings of Matisse and Bonnard, this is the workshop for you!
Heather will set up a life situation (in the style of a Matisse painting), of sumptuous colour and materials, with a life Model and still life to inspire you.
She will then demonstrate a variety of ways in which to use the versatile medium of pastel and paint, to help you create a harmonious and decorative image.
Classes are suitable for all abilities
